Refund Policy

1. Reservation Cancellation
* Non-Refundable Bookings:
       * Direct bookings are not eligible for a refund, regardless of cancellation timing.

2. Modifications
* Guests may request modifications to their reservations (subject to availability & seasonal rate) if made 72 hours or more before check-in. For non-refundable bookings, modification fees may apply.

3. No-Show Policy
* Guests who fail to check in without prior notice (no-show) will not be eligible for a refund. The total booking amount will be forfeited.

4. Security Deposits
* Security deposits collected at check-in and will be refunded within 7-14  days after check-out, provided no damages are identified during inspection.
